CABLE & WIRELESS WORLDWIDE CFO Tim Weller will leave the company in July, with Ian Gibson promoted to take his place.
Weller played a key role in the group's demerger from the communications side of the business, and its subsequent relisting, in March 2010.

Gibson has served as deputy CFO for the past ten months, and has worked with the business for 16 years.
