PUB chain JD Wetherspoon has confirmed that interim finance director Kirk Davis will be the company's new FD.
Davis took on the interim role in October last year when predecessor Keith Down was among four directors who parted company with the business. It was reported that departures were part of chairman Tim Martin's efforts to reassert control of the business.
Davis has been with Wetherspoon for two years and joined from Tesco where he was non-food finance director.
