A NEW audit committee chairman has been appointed to TUI Travel's board.
Minnow Powell, a former senior audit partner at Deloitte, joins TUI in a non-executive capacity.
He spent 34 years at the firm, including 15 years managing a number of Deloitte's major multinational quoted audit clients.
TUI has faced controversy over its appointment of new auditors after a £117m black hole was discovered in its accounts.
