AN ADMINISTRATOR from Beever & Struthers has saved 100 jobs at security business Group Response Global (GRG) through a sale.
Charles MacMillian, partner and head of corporate recovery at Beever & Struthers, sold the company to rivals Kingdom Security, saving 100 of the 112 jobs in the process.

MacMillan said: "While the demise of any business and the consequent loss of jobs is obviously disappointing I was pleased to secure the transfer of the vast majority of jobs at GRG to Kingdom Security."
North Yorks-based GRG was formed in 1997 and has clients such as Leeds United FC and Drax Power Station.
MacMillian was appointed administrator on 21 February.
