INVESTIGATIONS INTO accounting irregularities at Healthcare Locums are “nearing completion”, the company has stated.
An internal investigation into irregularities at the business, which saw CFO Diane Jarvis and vice-chairman Kate Bleasdale suspended, is set to be completed. A separate investigation by external accountants will be delivered in the coming weeks.
New non-executive management will lead the company going forward.
Chairman Alan Walker steps down to be replaced by Peter Sullivan, a former CEO of Standard Chartered Bank (Hong Kong).
Chartered accountant David Henderson is appointed senior non-executive director. He spent ten years in Morgan Grenfell’s international banking division in London and New York.
Henderson also held several senior roles at Kleinwort Benson, which he continues to support.
David Moffatt, who joined the company in December 2010, continues as interim CFO.
