MINING GROUP Titanium Resources has appointed Joe Connolly as its chief financial officer, effective from 2 March.
Connolly joins the company, which operates a mine in Sierra Leone, from turbine manufacturer Clipper Windpower. The qualified accountant, who has worked at Deloitte and Arthur Andersen in the past, was director of business development at Clipper for the last three years.
