Loader to take over from part-time FD Alistair King
DIGITAL TECHNOLOGY company Motive Television has appointed Graham Loader, of Western Union, Global Remittances, as its new chief financial officer.
Loader worked as vice president and CFO for the Asia-Pacific region at Global Remittances, and has 25 years of experience at senior director level.
He takes over from the part time finance director Alistair King, who announced on 17 September 2010 that he would step down from the role as soon as a new appointment was made. King was given 3,700,000 shares for outstanding fees.
Loader said: “This is a great time to be joining such an exciting company as Motive Television, I look forward to the challenges and opportunities that lie ahead and hope to bring my experience in Asia Pacific markets, and Central and Eastern Europe to the Motive team”.
