Culwick joins medical equipment supplier from Rothschild bank
BINDING SITE, a UK medical equipment supplier, has appointed Mark Culwick as chief financial officer.
Culwick joins the Binding Site from Rothschild, the investment bank, where he was a director based in the Birmingham office, which he helped to found in 2001.
During his time at Rothschild, Culwick developed a wide range of corporate expertise, advising both public and private companies. His responsibilities included business valuation, financial analysis, strategic reviews, and mergers and acquisitions.
Before joining Rothschild in 1999, Culwick spent three years at KPMG where he qualified as a chartered accountant.
