ADVISERS FROM DA Locke & Co helped Wakefield-based Lifestructures, one of the largest manufacturers of aluminium trussing, staging and supports, complete its merger with a Dutch company.

David Locke, along with Heald Solicitors' David Dees, worked on the three-week project to merge Lifestructures into Prolyte.
“It made sense to merge with Prolyte, a Dutch company and the only other large player in this [aluminium trussing] marketplace. It was vital to design a deal which would make everyone a winner,” said Locke.
