OIL and gas company Cadogan Petroleum has appointed Gordon Stein as its new chief financial officer.
CIPFA member Stein takes up his role at the company, which operates in Ukraine, with immediate effect. He was previously CFO and a founder of Vanguard Energy and CFO of Regal Petroleum.
Chief executive Ian Baron said Stein was chosen for his "in-depth understanding of small to mid-cap company operations in the upstream oil and gas sector" and his past experience of Ukraine.
