FD wants to "take a break from corporate life"
Listed “green” business consultants Eaga plc said it will replace its
financial director with an internal appointment.
Ian McLeod, the current CFO will step down to be replaced by group finance
and investor relations director, Giles Sharp.
In its share market announcement Eaga Mcleod said McLeod’s decision to step
down “reflects his desire to take a break from corporate life.”
