Norman Hay. the chemicals group, has appointed a new finance director in Nick Ogden.
Norman Hay's chairman Peter Hay said: "In his role as group financial controller, and through his work with us before that, Nick has gained an excellent insight into our Group's international and diverse operations."
Ogden joined as goup FC in 2008 and was also finance director of Surface technology, a subsidiary. He had been Norman Hay auditors BDO.
