CIMA's Margaret ashworth appointed director of finance and productivity management at NHS Barking and Dagenham
Margaret Ashworth is the new finance director for
NHS Barking
and Dagenham.
CIMA-qualified Ashworth has held senior finance roles at NW London Hospitals
and West Herts Hospitals.
Overseeing a £320m budget, Ashworth also sees productivity management
included within her title.
“Arriving at the start of the financial year, she can really get her teeth
into the role, and I look forward to working with her to make sure we spend our
budget wisely, and use it to improve the health and well-being of local people,
” said chief executive Stephen Langford.
