James Brotherton has been promoted to CFO at Lupus Capital.
He joined the industrial manufacturing business in 2004 as head of corporate development, and played a key role in its acquisitions of Laird's security systems division and Schlegel Building Products, in 2007 and 2006 respectively.
Brotherton was also involved in the company’s refinancing in July 2009.
Qualifying as a chartered accountant with Ernst & Young, he served as a director of UK investment banking at Citigroup.
Paul Felton-Smith, who served as interim CFO since July 2009, steps down from the board.
