Former Andersen UK senior partner John Ormerod will serve as public sector professional services business Tribal Group as chairman.
He joined the board in October 2009 as a non-executive deputy chairman and audit committee chairman.

The search for a replacement audit committee chairman has begun.
Ormerod sold the Andersen UK business to Deloitte, after the Enron scandal effectively destroyed the global network of firms.
