Trafalgar New Homes has staved off a winding up order against the company – but is still set to enter administration.
The affordable housing group had originally filed a notice to appoint administrators but a creditor subsequently petitioned a winding up order against the company.
The winding up order has now been dismissed, and Trafalgar has filed a further notice to appoint administrators.
