Software modernization specialist Micro Focus has appointed the former chief executive of IT Service supplier Morse as its new CFO.
Mike Phillips will take up the position of chief financial officer on 4 October, replacing Nick Bray who left in July to move to a rival business. Prior to his CEO role at Morse, Phillips had been group finance director at the same company and FD at Microgen before that.
Phillips has also worked in corporate finance for Smith & Williamson and led the UK technology team at PwC for two years
