Former Powergen FD takes Chemring chairman role
Peter Hickson joins Chemring as chairman
ICAEW accountant Peter Hickson is joining international defence business
Chemring
as non-executive director.
Hickson served as finance director of Powergen between 1996 and 2002. He is
also a trustee and board member of Orbis Charitable Trust.
He takes over from Ken Scobie, who has led the group for the past thirteen
years.
