Atrium European Real Estate, which develops and runs shopping centres in central and Eastern Europe, has appointed Robert Boiler as its chief financial officer.
Boiler joins from Meretec where he was CFO. Before that he was a divisional CFO for Europe, Middle East and Africa at Assa Abloy a lock manufacturer listed on the Swedish stock exchange.
Rachel Lavine, chief executive officer at Atrium said: '[Boiler's] well proven ability in financial management, strategic implementation, shareholder relations and corporate governance will be invaluable in helping Atrium grow.'
