IT software company announces the latest in a series of acquisitions
IRIS has consolidated its market position with the purchase of ts.com, an
online ticketing provider.
‘The ts.com ticketing solutions are entirely complementary to our current
offerings – both for smaller sports stadiums and to enable us to enter a number
of new vertical markets,’ he said.
Clients of the site include The National Trust, The Red Bull Flugtag, The
Wolverhampton Grand Theatre, Arriva Group and Earl’s Court & Olympia
Parking.
