The ICAEW and law firm Lawrence Graham have joined forces to create an online insolvency network.
The joint venture, www.talkinsolvency.com, will allow insolvency practitioners to seek advice and discuss issues in the forum.
The network is available to anyone and has guidance on pre-packs including discussions on whether or not SIP16 has been effective.
