Accounting software providers Coda has signed a partnership with Version One to integrate document management and financial applications.

The partnership means that Coda will receive a percentage of licence fees from Version One if its sells the integrated package and vice versa.

David Turner, group marketing director at Coda, said: Integration of CODA's finance system with Version One will simplify this process for finance departments.'

'Mistake-free management of invoices is crucial in the current climate as is making prompt payments' he added.

A company using Coda is not limited to Version One as a document management supplier, as Coda will continue to be compatible with other systems.

The agreement is an extension of an existing partnership between Agresso UK and Version One.
