Stefan Krauze takes over after the departure of the third Rolls Royce chairman in six months.

Karl-Heinz Kalbfell had been chairing the Rolls Royce board only since May but has now left for another, as yet unnamed, car maker.

The Independent reported that Krause will maintain the chairman and FD's positions until a full time replacement is found for the Rolls Royce chair.
