Iris unveils 'sophisticated' CRM suite

by Nicholas Neveling

02 Aug 2007

Iris Enterprise Software has launched a new CRM Suite that will work with its Exchequer accounting and business software product.

In a bullish statement following the launch, product director Rob Steele said the new suite was 'significantly more sophisticated than those offered by most other mid-market accounting software vendors'.

Steele said: 'Most software authors have shied away from the task of developing full Customer Relationship Management functionality, developing limited surface level systems with ineffective contact manager modules.'

The new suite will offer integration with sales and purchase ledger, and access to historical sales information to sales individuals among other features.
