Deloitte launches green car scheme
All employee vehicles to be low-emission
All employee vehicles to be low-emission
Deloitte has rolled out a green car scheme in a bid to bolster its
sustainability credentials.
Company cars are now being offered to all 12,000 employees nationwide, all of
which have CO2 emissions levels of 120g per kilometre or below.
The move is part of a campaign to reduce carbon emissions levels for both the
firm and its employees.
Deloitte is the first firm to offer such a scheme for its employees. It will
also benefit from new company car tax rules due to come into effect in April,
which provide favourable treatment for low-emission vehicles.
