Kerry Katona will attempt to stave off bankruptcy in the courts today.
Katona, the former pop star and 'I'm a celebrity' participant, has to pay the remaining £157,000 of a £417,000 taxman's bill.
She is listed to appear in the bankruptcy court in front of Mr Registrar Nicholls today.
HMRC had earlier disputed the adjournment to pay off the rest of the bill to seek a bankruptcy order, reported the Daily Express.
