Problems with access to the ICAEW's new website have prompted the institute to flag up that it is not 'working 100% at the moment'.
The institute has admitted that the new website, which went up on 31 March, was being 'rejigged' and should be fixed soon.
'I have just spent the past 2 hours trying to find the helpsheets relating to practice assurance that were so easy to find on the old ICAEW website,' complained Jessica May of Bowen & Co.
'I have to re-log in every time I access a new page and then a lot of the pages just redirect you back to the homepage.'
But May added that the institute had been very helpful dealing with her query.
