Former Kelda FD joins Lupus board

Former Kelda Group FD Martin Towers has joined Lupus Capital as a non-executive director.

Towers has held a number of senior financial roles, including group FD of McCarthy & Stone, The Spring Ram Corporation, Allied Textile Companies and Yorkshire Group.

Jamie Pike, chairman of the manufacturing business, said Towers' appointment and that of Les Tench would bring "a great deal of relevant experience to the company".
