Financial software company COA Solutions has ventured into the online cloud computing sector with its latest offering, COA Solutions On Demand.
The company hopes the new offering will allow greater remote working capabilities for users in the finance function, as well as allowing businesses to tailor make their software.
The on-demand suite will include finance and HR as well as disaster recovery components.
Mark Thompson, managing director of COA Solutions, said: “Our On Demand services are ideal for such organisations, providing them with a cost-effective and tailored solution.”

Online is not cloud!
Please be careful not to mix up terminology here - COA Solutions' offering here is a hosted version of their existing software, accessible over the internet ('online'). It is not a cloud computing offering, which is something much different.
To be fair, COA Solutions haven't claimed this to be cloud, but you've linked the two in the article here. Their approach is a good one and I'm sure many companies will be interested in this approach. However cloud applications companies (like FinancialForce.com, our cloud accounting solution) are written specifically for the cloud, with all the benefits of a modern integration capabilitiies, scalability, security, ease of setting up and instant and continuous software upgrades.
