Largest independent producer of radio programming for the BBC gives acting FD Gavin Rigby on a permanent basis

The UK's biggest supplier of audio content to the radio industry has recruited from the ranks to select Gavin Rigby as its finance director.
Rigby has been acting Finance Director of the media company since the end of last year, but the management has now decided to award him the role on a long term basis and bring him onto the board.
In a statement to the stock exchange. UBC chief executive Simon Cole said: 'Having worked closely with Gavin for the last five years and especially since December as acting finance director, I'm really pleased that the board has confirmed his promotion. He is a real asset to the senior management team.'
