Tenon to roll-out MYOB Viztopia

Top ten firm Tenon chooses MYOB Viztopia as new practice management suite

Written by Nicholas Neveling

Top ten accounting firm Tenon is to roll-out MYOB's Viztopia practice management software across to 1900 staff and 44 offices in its UK network.

The new software will provide Tenon employees with technology to fill in timesheets and expense claims online as well as additional marketing and CRM capabilities. Tenon is now looking at building other MYOB products onto this platform.

'Viztopia is user friendly and offers state-of-the-art technology. We were also confident that MYOB has the ability to deliver a project of this size and support it post-implementation,' said Tenon project leader Trevor Williams.

The first pilot of the new system will be launched in May and then rolled out across the rest of the Tenon network by the end of the summer.

The contract is the largest practice software deal MYOB has won and could open opportunities for deals with firms of a similar scale to Tenon. MYOB currently supplies software to 500 UK accounting practices.

'The Tenon deal will give us great exposure and open other opportunities,' said MYOB general manager Simon Crompton.
