TCS profit up 35 per cent

Some 54 clients and 7522 staff members added in the quarter, says Indian outsourcer

Indian outsourcer Tata Consultancy Services saw profit rise 35 per cent year on year to $338m (£172m). Revenue rose 37 per cent to $1.5bn (£800m). The company added 54 new clients in the quarter and 7522 members of staff.
