KPMG called in to review Dolcis options

Firm comes in to look at possibilities for the shoe chain going forward

Dolcis, the shoe chain, has called in KPMG to conduct a review of the group going forward.

The Sunday Times reported that the loss-making business was in rescue talks with its lenders about an emergency financial restructuring.

Outside investors being brought in or a refinancing are thought to be the favoured options, but the paper suggested administration was also a last resort possibility.
