Robertson appointed as Oxford Catalysts CFO

AIM company beefs up finance function by bringing in Linde Group stalwart to spur growth and profitability

Written by David Jetuah

Oxford Catalysts has brought in Susan Robertson as its new CFO.

The AIM-quoted company said: 'Oxford Catalysts, the leading catalyst innovator for clean fuels, is pleased to announce that it has appointed Susan Robertson, FCA as chief financial officer, with immediate effect.'

Robertson replaces Paul Barnes who has served as part-time finance director since the Group's admission to AIM in April 2006. Barnes will be stepping down from the Board after a suitable handover period.

Robertson joins Oxford Catalysts after 17 years at The BOC Group (now Linde Group).

The incoming FD said: 'I'm excited to be joining this dynamic organisation with such a bright future. I look forward to using my financial and industry experience to help Oxford Catalysts continue its rapid growth in revenue, and accelerate towards
profitability.'
