Written by AccountancyAge.com

After spending the last thirty years in the US with Ernst & Young, Jim Tobin, the firm’s global international tax services (ITS) leader, has shifted his primary base to the UK.

Tobin is currently based in New York, but will continue his responsibilities in his global role, but as a member of E&Y's UK tax leadership team.

He has consistently been named one of the foremost tax advisors in the US by leading tax journals.

His primary focus in the UK will be to support the tax practice’s market activities and assisting with the senior level tax recruitment programme.
