The controversial tax battle between Geoff and Diana Jones of Arctic Systems against HM Revenue & Customs, has reached the House of Lords.
The hearing, which is expected to last three days, focuses on their company structure in which each partner is paid a salary and paid dividends to minimise their tax bill.
