Ever embellished your CV in the hopes of landing your dream job? No? Well if you have, you’re certainly not alone. One in three finance and HR managers believe candidates exaggerate the responsibilities of their previous role to make themselves more employable, according to Robert Half.
The international survey found that the worst offenders were in Ireland and Italy, where 52% and 43% said exaggeration is common. Naughty, naughty.
