A 17-year-old Scottish student training to becoming an accountant has been awarded the Helen Jones Scholarship, created by the parents of the 28-year-old accountant, who was killed in the Russell Square blast in July last year.
Emma McDowall, 17, said she was honoured to receive award saying it was a ‘huge ambition’ of hers to pursue a career in chartered accountancy or stockbroking.
