CFO steps down at computing giant

CA announces finance chief’s departure

CA, formerly known as Computer Associates, has announced the departure of Robert Davis, the company’s executive vice president and chief financial officer.

He will leave the company under mutual agreement with CA's senior vice president and corporate controller Robert Cirabisi taking over his responsibilities while the search is undertaken for a successor.

Davis, who joined CA in February 2005, has agreed to stay on for a short period of time to assist in the transition period.
