A judge has ruled that three UK bankers can be extradited to the US over fraud charges relating to the collapsed energy giant, Enron.

The three men - David Bermingham, Giles Darby and Gary Mulgrew, all aged 42 -have said they will appeal the decision, taken today (Friday) at Bow Street Magistrates court.
That means the final word on extradition could be left to Home Secretary David Blunkett.
The men, who worked for NatWest, are accused of involvement in a complex deal with Enron to sell an investment at a knockdown price, which made them millions of pounds.
All three deny having done anything illegal and want to be tried in the UK rather than the US.
The men claim they could face 30 years in jail if found guilty in the US.
Authorities in the US want to try the trio in Texas, the home of Enron.
