MERCER & HOLE have launched a new corporate advisory service that combines corporate finance and restructuring expertise.
The corporate advisory services team will offer transactional, financing and restructuring services and present options to help businesses grow, develop and, when they need to, take a change of direction.
It includes strategic and performance reviews, due diligence, valuations, raising finance, buying and selling businesses, exit strategies, refinancing, international restructuring and the constructive use of insolvency procedures.
